"I agree" box at the bottom of the form and all other applicable boxes,
please click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.

  1.   I understand that I will be charged for the final confirmation of guests that will be attending. The final count for guests will be provided not less than three days prior to the scheduled event.  This number of persons I will be charged for.

  2.   Menu categories must be selected not less than one week prior to the banquet.

  3.   I understand that a non refundable deposit of dollars shall be paid not less than four weeks prior to the event can only be credited on the final bill for the banquet.

  4.   I understand and agree that a 20% gratuity shall be added to the food and beverage totals after taxes.

  5.   I understand and agree that the entire balance incurred for my banquet is to be paid in full at the time the service is rendered. Payment options include all major credit cards, cashiers check, or cash. We are not able to accept personal checks. Company checks accepted only with prior approval to the banquet.
